Malkangiri: While mystery still veils the death of Debnarayan Panda, the personal assistant of Malkangiri district Collector Manish Agarwal, the focus of police is very likely to shift to a 'new angle' as graffiti were reportedly found on walls of Collectorate blaming Agarwal for the death of Panda.

Panda's body was recovered from Satiguda dam, a day after he went missing last Friday. His wife Banaja suspected that he might have committed suicide due to office work pressure while clearly stating that there was no family dispute, whatsoever. “He used to come back home from the office on time every day. But he did not return that day. There might be some mental pressure. There was no dispute in the family. There could be some official pressure which might have forced my husband to take such an extreme step,” said Banaja, wife of the deceased Panda.

At a time when cops are questioning co-workers of Panda, unidentified person(s) have drawn graffiti with 'Corrupt Collector Killed Panda', 'Manish Chor Hey', 'Same With You' slogans on the boundary wall of the district Collectorate reportedly blaming collector Manish Agarwal for the death of his personal assistant Debnarayan Panda.

With such activity happening in the absence of employees of Collectorate, cops are investigating the motive of people behind the wall graffiti and the writings.

Comments from police and Collector could not be obtained.
