Rourkela: Hours before Election Commission barred from campaigning for 72 hours from 6 AM tomorrow, Firebrand BJP leader and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Monday castigated the Naveen Patnaik led BJD government as a dispensation which is neck-deep in corruption. He exhorted the people to install a BJP government in Bhubaneswar in the year 2019 to vision a 'New Odisha'.

The UP CM is in Rourkela today to campaign for the Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram, who is party's candidate for Sundergarh Lok Sabha (LS). This has been Yogi's first poll address in Odisha. His earlier public meeting in Behampur failed to materialise as he reached late in evening hours and his helicopter was not permitted to take off in night hours. Yogi then addressed the public meeting over phone from the airport.

However, Yogi Adityanath in his inimitable style today labelled the BJD government as a 'negative' thinking dispensation. He accused the BJD government of not utilising the central funds devolved to the State from the Modi government.

"The government in Odisha led by Naveen Patnaik has a 'negative' vision for development of Odisha. Scams have become all pervasive in his regime. From mining,  chit fund to mid-day meal, graft has become a phenomenon in Odisha," Yogi thundered.

In the same vein, when Yogi said 'Modi hain, the crowd roared 'Desh surkashit hain.'   The air across the country rents with Modi, Modi..., said Yogi and asked the people to bring a BJP government in Bhubaneswar to realise the benefits of 'double engine'.

The UP Chief Minister said it's Modi government  which took proactive steps to clear the project of second bridge over Brahmani river and bring up a super speciality hospital in the Ispat General Hospital (IGH), Rourkela. "Modi-led government has made the steel city a smart city and worked for expansion of Rourkela Airport terminal," said Yogi and he also highlighted the Modi government schemes like PM-KISAN, PMAY, Saubhagya, Ujjwala, MUDRA , Ayushman Bharat and JhanDhan yojana and non-implementation of many such schemes in Odisha.

CM Adityanath has also launched a stringent attack on Congress. "In Congress era, China made intrusions into India as it wills and Pakistan has taken the liberty to launch terror attacks in India with impunity. Modi government has shown the spine. Now, if  Pakistan shows the temerity to launch terror strikes in India, Modi government takes the fight to terror camps on Pakistan soil," roared Yogi and said BJP government has zero tolerance for terrorism.
