Berhampur: From school-level general knowledge to nursery rhymes to religious events, two-year-old girl Jigyansa Mohanty from Berhampur in Ganjam district answers all questions with élan.

Not that she is the only one possessing this kind of a talent, but Jigyansa's skills are just-perfect enough to floor anybody who speaks to her.

She is yet to step into a school arena, but has already dreamt of becoming a police officer when she grows up.

When OTV correspondent caught up with the prodigy at her residence in the silk city, her talent bamboozled him to limits. She was able to answer more than a hundred questions about Indian and regional political history without a pause. To everyone's surprise, she could even answer questions related to Odia culture, history and tourism.

"When she was starting to learn, I had just put some words like the name of our village and block, in her ears. And I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered everything with ease," expressed Jigyansa's aunt, who has been mentoring her from the very beginning.

"Even grownups cannot remember such information which she has stored at the tip of her tongue. Her talent is exceptional and I wish she goes all the way and achieves greater things in life," said her aunt.

The only thing Jigyansa needs now, her family says, is a good platform where she can hone her skills and make Odisha proud.
