Lady Lecturer, Bank Official In Odisha Level Rape, Blackmailing Allegations Against Each Other

Bhubaneswar: Commissionerate Police today detained a private college lecturer & a private bank DGM following allegations of rape & blackmail levelled respectively by both against each other.

As per reports, Sunil Prasad Mishra, who works as a Deputy General Manager at a private bank in the capital city filed an FIR at Chandrasekharpur Police Station against a lady lecturer of a private college alleging that she blackmailed him with a video clip of their intimate moments they had shot earlier with mutual consent.

Sources said that both had contacted each other through a dating application. As per the allegations made by Sunil, both met at his residence seven days ago and had a consensual physical relationship and recorded some of their intimate moments.

Sunil said, “However, while both of us were on our way to a hospital for a check up, four associates of her attacked me and demanded Rs 5 lakh, threatening to frame me in rape charges.”

Meanwhile, the lady also followed suit and came to the same police station alleging that Sunil raped and threatened her with an obscene video.

While urging to keep her identity anonymous, she said, “Sunil was harassing me from the last five days. He recorded my obscene video without my consent. I was unconscious when he shot the video.”
