Jay Panda seeks diplomatic intervention to bring back Odia youth's dead body from Kuwait

Bhubaneswar: BJP National Vice-President Baijayant 'Jay' Panda has sought the intervention of Ambassador of India in Kuwait to bring back the body of an Odia youth identified as Harsh Samal.

As per reports, Samal, a resident of Ganjam district in Odisha, had been working in Kuwait since 2014. However, a few days ago, he reportedly committed suicide for some unknown reason.

After getting information about the incident, Samal's father reportedly requested the BJP VP for help in getting back the mortal remains of his son to Odisha for last rites.
