"We have started preparations for 2019 Lok Sabha elections. I have been given the charge of four Lok Sabha constituencies--Bhubaneswar, Puri, Berhampur, and Nabarangpur. I will take stock of the situation and we will definitely win," said Javadekar, who is on a 3-day Odisha visit.

After reaching Bhubaneswar yesterday, Javadekar clarified that many other parties like the ruling-BJD in Odisha had supported BJP's candidate for Rajya Sabha deputy chairperson post but they are not part of the NDA.

Taking a dig at the Congress which has been alleging a secret alliance between the BJP and the BJD following the Rajya Sabha deputy chairman election, Javadekar said “If one doesn’t get something, it becomes sour grapes.”
