Jagatsingpur: Partying Villagers Attack Flying Squad, 4 Staff Injured

Jagatsinghpur: As many as four personnel belonging to a flying squad sustained serious injuries after they were attacked by locals at Madhyasasana village under Biridi police limits here on Wednesday night.

According to sources, the locals attacked the squad when the team headed by the tehsildar went to the village to conduct a raid on an ongoing party late last night.

A case has been registered against 40 people at Biridi Police Station and investigation into the matter is on, informed Sadar Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO).
