Bhubaneswar: A thick blanket of fog enveloped several districts of Odisha on Sunday morning, leading to significant drop in the visibility.

According to sources, very dense fog was seen in isolated pockets in the State. Commuters faced considerable inconvenience while venturing out due to poor visibility.

Yesterday, Bhubaneswar emerged as the hottest place in the country with highest day temperature. The capital city recorded a maximum temperature of 40.4 degree Celsius.
