Gold jewellery looted from shop in Kendrapara

Kendrapara: Unidentified miscreants allegedly looted gold jewellery worth lakhs from a jewellery shop at Aul Nuabazar in Kendrapara district today.

According to sources, Pradeep Sahu, owner of Maa Jewellers had kept a bag of gold jewellery inside his shop. Three unidentified miscreants came on a motorcycle and looted the jewellery bag from the shop when he was out to bring water from a tube well, added sources.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered in Aul Police Station regarding the loot and investigation is underway, confirmed sources.
