Paradip: For over 10 years, Jayi Swain had been searching for his son Sudarshan and just when he almost lost hope of meeting him again, he came to know about his son's whereabouts and an emotional moment gripped his entire family.

As per reports, Sudarshan was mentally challenged and he somehow came to Paradip from his native village Mentapur in Ganjam district around 10 years ago. He used to roam around the town and eat whatever people were giving him.

Fortunately, a truck driver, Jaladhar Paikray reportedly started taking care of Sudarshan. Paikray reportedly takes care of abandoned divyang people in the region.

Later, when reports related to the social works of Paikray were published in several media houses, family members of Sudarshan came to know about Sudarshan and contacted Paikray.

"He (Sudarshan) is a very good boy but unfortunate to have such problems. I am happy that finally after 10-11 years, I met him. I will take him to home and take proper care of him," said Jayi.

He further thanked Paikray and others who helped his son and said such selfless acts of people like Paikray has restored faith in humanity.
