Sambalpur: A day after being expelled from BJD over alleged anti-party activities, senior leader Jayabrata Dey today pointed fingers at Sambalpur MLA Raseswari Panigrahi and senior leader Naba Das while blaming both of them for his ouster from the party.

Addressing a presser today, Dey spewed venom on both the leaders and alleged that Panigrahi and Das had hatched conspiracy to expel him from the party.
Dey has also informed that he will seek police security since he suspects threat to his life from the local MLA.

“I will inform the Home department and local administration to provide security to me since I suspect that there is a threat to my life,” said Dey.

While MLA Raseswari Panigrahi has declined the charges levelled by Dey, Naba Das could not be available for the comment.

“BJD is a disciplined party and no one can influence the decision of the party supremo. He (Naveen Patnaik) takes the decision only after much thought, so I think he must have dismissed him (Dey) from the party for some reason. I have no idea about his claims,” said Panigrahi.
