Bhubaneswar: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) on Friday cautioned +2 students to follow the prescribed norms under the slide-up mechanism or else their admission into a particular college will stand cancelled.

As per a notice issued by the DHSE, all slide-up students who have not reported for completion of admission process at their slide-up higher secondary schools (erstwhile junior colleges) will lose studentship.

"The studentship of a particular candidate, who has taken admission at the previously admitted higher secondary school as well as in the slide-up, will be cancelled while their claim for admission as per the slide up and auto-admitted college shall be forfeited," the letter read.

DHSE has instructed students to report at the slide-up higher secondary schools at the earliest and complete the admission process.

The students can also contact the Sanjog helpline (Toll Free) number 155335, 1800-345-6770 for any information and queries.
