Cuttack City Reports 61 New Covid-19 Cases, 47 Recoveries

Cuttack: As many as 61 new cases of coronavirus were detected from Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) area in the last 24 hours, officials said on Tuesday.

According to the information shared by the civic body, 11 out of the total new cases were from institutional quarantine, four from home quarantine and 46 were local contact cases.

The city also registered 47 Covid-19 recoveries in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people recuperating from the disease to 13732.

The total confirmed cases of coronavirus in Cuttack city now reached 14,642 of which 844 are active cases.  So far, 66 patients have succumbed to the virus in the city.
