Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 recovery graph is showing a positive trend with Odisha registering over 1300 recoveries daily on an average since the first week of August. As many as 1,422 COVID-19 patients recuperated from the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 37,900.

A maximum of 255 COVID patients recovered from Ganjam district, followed by Khordha (228), Gajapati (139), Bolangir (100), Sambalpur (95) and Cuttack (71).

On August 7, highest 1810 COVID-19 positive patients had recovered in the State.
As per the data released by the Health and Family Welfare Department, 17,382 COVID-19 patients have recovered in Odisha in the last 13 days.
On July 31, the total COVID-19 cases in Odisha stood at 31,877 with 20,518 recoveries.
