Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s recovery graph continues to move upwards steadily with 2,015 more patients getting cured of Coronavirus infection in a span of 24 hours.

With this, the cumulative COVID-19 recoveries in the state reached 2,70,130.

As per the information provided by the Health and Family Welfare Department, the district of Khordha reported the maximum (312) recoveries on Wednesday.

Similarly, 218 patients recovered from Angul, 135 from Cuttack, 88 from Balasore, 85 from jagatsinghpur, 83 from Mayurbhanj, 81 from jajpur, 75 from Keonjhar, 69 from Puri and 65 and 64 from Kendrapara and Bolangir respectively.

Earlier in the day, Odisha reported 1,540 new Covid-19 cases, while 12 persons succumbed to the viral infection in 24 hours. The total number of positive cases in the State now stands at 2,85,482.
