Bhubaneswar: The office of the BJP National Vice-President, Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda and the authorities of the Odisha Television Ltd (OTV) on Monday categorically rubbished the allegations brought out by some activists in Delhi.

Those allegations were carried by some local channels targeting OTV and Baijayant Panda.

In a statement, OTV refuted the allegations terming them as concocted and false.

While denying all allegations, Litisha Mangat,  Operating Officer, Odisha Television Network said, "This is how far they are willing to go to target, harass and tarnish the hard earned reputation of OTV and the Panda Family"

Adding further, Litisha said,  "Let's look at the facts here, The PIL was dismissed by High court and investigating authorities had duly filed a report that all these are public documents filed by the companies themselves. There was no evidence to back up the accusations. Don't we see a pattern here? The BJD government seems to raise issue after issue without backing them up with hard evidence, facts or figures."

Similarly, the office of Baijayant Panda also responded, “These allegations against him are repeats of old allegations which have earlier been dismissed by the Delhi High Court.”
