Angul: In what could turn out to be a lesson for all those who feel that it is easy to get away with harassment of a woman, a bus conductor was made to do sit-ups in public for allegedly misbehaving with a woman at Athmallick bus stand in Angul district. A video of the incident has gone viral.

As per reports, the woman was travelling with her family in a bus from Angul to Athmallick, when the accused allegedly misbehaved with her. Later, when the vehicle stopped at the bus stand, the woman protested the conductor's alleged act, yelled at him and forced him do sit-ups in full public glare.

So far, no police complaint has been filed in this regard.

In another incident on Saturday, local residents of Bhograi area of Balasore had forced three youths to do sit-ups for allegedly shooting an obscene video of a woman.

According to reports, the youths, identified as Bikas Dutta, Paresh Dutta and a 17-year-old boy, were filming an obscene video of a woman. Later, the woman’s family members along with some other villagers caught hold of the trio and tied them to a pillar and forced to do sit-ups.
