Youth kills sister-in-law, surrenders

Jharsuguda: A youth allegedly hacked to death his sister-in-law over family feud at Bhikhyamapali village under Rengali police limits in Jharsuguda district here on Wednesday.

The accused identified as Dayalal Meher attacked his sister-in-law Binita with a sharp weapon following a heated argument with her over some trivial matter, sources said.

Later, Dayalal surrendered before Rengali police station and confessed to the crime. Meanwhile, police have registered a murder case against Dayalal and further investigation has begun into the incident.
