Woman beats husband to death in Cuttack

Cuttack: In a shocking incident, a man was beaten to death by his wife at Ramachandi village in Baanra of Cuttack district reportedly over a family feud.

The deceased has been identified as Ganjendra Sahu.

Sources said the accused Kunkuma Sahu tied her husband and later beat him to death.

On receiving information, police reached the spot and recovered the dead body from the house and sent it for post-mortem. As per preliminary reports, family dispute is believed to be the reason behind the incident.

Meanwhile, police have detained the accused and are interrogating her in connection with the incident.
