Mumbai/Bhubaneswar: Fourteen-year-old Shiba Prasad Sarangi from Bhubaneswar was quick to win hearts of coaches in the fifth episode of Voice India Kids Season 2, aired on &TV on Saturday.

Shiba's performance on 'Moh Moh Ke Dhaage' forced Papon, one of the coach and also the original singer of the song, and other three coaches - Himesh, Shaan and Palak - to press the buzzer. He even a received standing ovation from the coaches.

His performance led to a tug-of-war among the coaches as each wanted Shiba in his/her team.

Grabbing the chance, Shiba requested Papon to sing along, which the coach readily accepted and both of them captivated the audience.

As per the rules of the show, Shiba had to choose a coach and he chose Papon while seeking apology from the other three coaches.

Shiba aims to create an identity as a good playback singer in the Bollywood music industry. He advised the aspiring young singers from Odisha to continue their practice.

It is worthwhile to mention that, Shiba was also the national winner at Big Golden Voice Junior 2017, organised by 92.7 BIG FM.
