Bhadrak: Vigilance sleuths today arrested Village Level Worker (VLW) Narahari Aich of Shyamsundarpur Panchayat under Tihidi block in Bhadrak district for demanding and accepting bribe.

According to sources the VLW had demanded Rs 5,000 as bribe from a beneficiary for clearing a bill under the Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY).

Investigation is on into the matter, sources said.
