Two students meet watery grave in Kendrapara

Kendrapara: In a tragic incident, two students drowned here in a village pond while taking bath.

The deceased have been identified as Goutam Rana and Maheswara Patra.

According to reports, the incident occurred at Chatarachakata village under Derabis police station in the district.

The duo had gone to take bath after celebrating Holi on the occasion of Panchudola festival, reports added.

On being informed, the duo was taken to Kendrapara district headquarters hospital where doctors declared them dead.
