Two brothers stung by bees, die

Kalahandi: Stung by a swarm of bees, two brothers of Potesh village under Kalampur block in Kalahandi district died today.

The deceased, identified as Laxman Majhi and Lataku Majhi had gone to forests to graze their goats when the bees attacked them. While Laxman died on the spot, critically-injured Lataku was admitted to Kalampur hospital. However, he died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Meanwhile, Jaypatna police has registered a case and started investigation into the incident.
