To Modi with love: An artist's tribute to PM on his birthday

Puri: Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik's tribute- his latest sand sculpture wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday here at Puri on Sunday has drawn attention from worldwide.

Through his art, Pattnaik has described Modi as ‘Pradhan Sevak’ and shown him as leading the Cleanliness campaign, popularly known as Swacchh Bharat initiative.

Nearly two tonnes of sand have been used by Sudarsan to create the sand sculpture.

“We have conveyed our wishes on PM Modi’s birthday through our sandart. Every year we come up with unique ideas to extend wishes and this time year we have wished by describing him as Pradhan Sevak,” said Pattnaik.
