TMC MP Sudip to be produced in court today

Bhubaneswar: TMC MP Sudip Bandyopadhyaya will be produced before the special CJM CBI court here today on completion of his four-day remand.

The CBI had taken Bandopadhyaya on a four-day remand for interrogation in connection with the Rose Valley chit fund scam. Sources said the CBI questioned him about his links with the chit fund company, what benefits he has gained from the company and if any minister, MP or MLA has links with the firm.

Earlier, the CBI had taken the TMC MP on a six-day remand.
