Sura was released from the Jharpada jail last night after getting bail from the apex court a few days ago. A few of his supporters welcomed him to the Ashram.

Sources said total seven cases have been registered against the self-proclaimed godman. While the High Court had given him bail in four cases, a Bhubaneswar court had granted him bail in two cases. Recently, the SC granted bail to him in a fraud case registered in Chhatrapur. However, he will be asked to appear before court during hearing of the cases, sources added.
