Stand up artiste Biswa Kalyan Rath first Odia on Amazon Prime Video

Bhubaneswar: Stand up comedian Biswa Kalyan Rath is trending online for his new solo special Biswa Mast Aadmi. He is the first Odia to feature on the Amazon Prime Video with this show.

Biswa’s latest act is peppered with puns, sarcasm and satires from moments of his childhood and teenage and generic Indian life. The trailer of his ‘Mast Aadmi’ that was released on YouTube on May 18 has reached almost 2.5 lakh views and celebrities from all walks of life, like Sonakshi Sinha and author Durjoy Dutta, as well as members of the stand up comedy fraternity have highly recommended the show.

Biswa has a large following ever since he was seen in funny acts in ‘Pretentious Movie Reviews’ and has moved on to become one of the favourite stand-up comics of the country.  He often brings in Odia lines to add to his jokes on the craze for English in India.
