Bhubaneswar: After busting an international sex racket operating from a Spa in the Capital city, where five women, including three citizens of Thailand, allegedly engaged in flesh trade were detained, the Commissionerate Police today, based on special branch report, said that the three Thai women will be served notices to leave the country soon.

According to DCP Satyabrata Bhoi, notice will be issued to the trio asking them to leave the country before December 5. He further said that the visas possessed by them would be blacklisted by the Commissionerate Police.

On November 17, Kharavel Nagar police busted a major prostitution racket that engaged women of foreign nationality after an ‘undercover’ operation.

Five including three women from Thailand were detained during the raid.

According to reports, police officers posing as customers had first reached the Spa and after collecting concrete information about the sex racket, a raid was conducted. The Spa used to offer services to high-profile clients, reports added.
