Paradip: Paradip Police on Saturday  served notice to Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL) director and arrested industrialist Mahima Mishra’s nephew Chinmay Mishra and DGM Rabindra Dalei agian asking them to appear before it by January 23 in connection with the murder of Seaways Shipping General Manager Mahendra Swain.

Besides, notice also served to Chinamy Bala, son of Mahima Mishra’s aide Basant Bala, asking him to depose before Paradip police by January 24.

On January 12, police had summoned Chinamy Mishra and Rabindra Dalei asking them to appear before by January 15 for questioning.

Earlier, on January 11, Mahima Mishra’s two sons Chandan and Charchit had appeared at the Paradip police station for quizzing in connection with the murder case.

OSL staff Rabindra Dalei had also deposed before the Paradip Police for questioning.
