Bhubaneswar: Balasore MP Rabindra Jena is likely to appear before Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today for his alleged links with multi-crore chit fund scam.

The CBI had served notice to the BJD MP from Balasore on January 9 asking him to appear before it today.

Earlier, Jena had also appeared before the central probe agency for his alleged nexus with the tainted ponzi firm. This will be the third time, Jena will be quizzed by the probing agency.

On December 10, 2016, CBI had grilled Jena for around seven hours in connection with the multi-crore Seashore chit fund scam.
