Bhubaneswar: As part of its probe into multi-crore Seashore chit fund scam, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday served notice to Balasore MP Rabindra Jena asking him to appear before it on January 12.

Earlier, Jena had also appeared before the central probe agency for his alleged nexus with the tainted ponzi firm. This will be the third time, Jena will be quizzed by the probing agency.

On December 10, 2016, CBI had grilled Jena for around seven hours in connection with the multi-crore Seashore chit fund scam.
