Razing of Timan’s illegal structures completed

Balangir: The local administration on Sunday completed demolition of six illegal structures built by dreaded criminal Timan Kumbhar on encroached government land.

The demolition was undertaken since May 8 the presence of a Magistrate.

Timan against whom a lot of cases are pending is lodged in jail at present.

Meanwhile, the police have launched a manhunt to nab the Timan gang’s Guruji Khirod Mishra and eight others.

Sources said Mishra and 8 other members of the Timan gang will be declared absconders and the process will be initiated to confiscate properties of the accused.
