Bhubaneswar/Puri: With the annual Rath Yatra festival barely a week away, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will review the preparedness and take stock of the arrangements at the last Coordination Meeting to be held at Puri today.

Puri Collector Aravind Agarwal informed that the progress work of various departments will be reviewed by the Chief Minister and all the works are being undertaken on a war footing.

“We are hopeful that the work for the Samjajpur railway over-bridge (ROB) repair work would also be completed before the Rath Yatra festival begins. The last Rath Yatra Coordination Meeting will focus on ensuring that all arrangements are in place so that devotees do not face problems,” said Agarwal.

Senior officials of Sri Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) will apprise Patnaik about the progress of the chariot construction work and other arrangements.
