Rat found in prasad at Biraja temple

Jajpur: In a bizarre incident, a dead rat was found in the prasad served at the Maa Biraja temple to devotees on Saturday.

The incident has created displeasure among devotees. Questions are being raised about the quality of the prasad provided by the temple.

Though a complaint was lodged by devotees, the temple trust feigned ignorance about the matter.

Sachhidananda Sahu, a devotee, said, “When we informed the temple trust, they showed their helplessness.”
