Bhubaneswar:  Higher Education Minister Pradeep Panigrahi on Saturday tendered his resignation while MSME minister Jogendra Behera has been asked by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to put in his papers.

In an exclusive interview to OTV, Behera said he has been asked to tender his resignation papers.

“I have received a call to resign and I will do that soon. I have worked for the party for the last 30 years and still ready to take on any responsibility that will be given to me,” said Behera.

On the other hand, sources informed that senior BJD leader Pradip Amat would be the next Speaker of Odisha Legislative Assembly.
