Bhubaneswar: Odisha's Finance minister Pradeep Amat on Thursday visited Delhi to attended the two-day-long GST council meet beginning today.

According to reports, Amat will raise various demands of the state in the meeting.

While, the Odisha is supporting the GST, it is opposing cess. Like Odisha, other coal producing states like- Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and West Bengal are opposing cess.

The meeting also likely to discuss on the increase in royalty.
