Plus Two Science results on May 13

Bhubaneswar: The results of the annual Plus Two Science examinations would be announced on May 13, sources in the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) said today.

The Council has taken the decision to announce the Science results in time to enable the students to take admission in the Engineering and Medical courses as per the schedule of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

A total of 3,73,000 students had appeared in the annual Plus Two examinations this year of which about 85,000 students had appeared in the Science stream.

As per the schedule, Higher Education minister Pradip Kumar Panigrahi would announce the results at 11.45 AM. The results would be available on the website www.orissaresults.nic.in one hour after (12.45 PM) the announcement of the results.

The Council has decided not to sell result booklets this year.

Any student having any complaint regarding the marks obtained in any paper can apply for re-evaluation online through www.chseodisha.nic.in

The Council has decided to announce the results of the annual Plus Two Arts and Commerce streams in the last week of May.

The evaluation of the Plus two answer scripts was affected at the outset due to boycott of the lecturers of 488 and 662 categories of block grant and aided colleges.
