Bhubaneswar: Buxi Jagabandhu Bidyadhar (BJB) College in Bhubaneswar continued to be the top choice of students for admission to different plus III courses after the second phase cut off mark list was released by  the Higher Education department today.

In Biological science, the minimum cut off marks required for admission into Zoology is 88.4 percent and 84.17 percent for Botany in BJB College.

Similarly, for Commerce stream, 83 per cent is minimum cut off marks for admission to Accountancy while 80 per cent is required for Management in the prestigious college.

The same institution recorded the highest cut off in Physical science, which stood at 91.4 percent for admission to Mathematics and 89.6 per cent for Physics.

The reputed educational institution of the State also emerged as the most preferred by Arts students. It recorded the highest cut-off with 81.2 % and 79.33% for admission to Geography and Economics respectively.

In Shastri, Ramachandra Sahitya Mahavidyalaya of Nimapara has the highest cut-off mark with 50.86 percent for Sahitya.
