Plus-II answer paper evaluation begins today  

Bhubaneswar: The evaluation of Plus-II examination answer sheets of all streams began today. According to the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, the process will be carried out in two phases.

The first phase of the evaluation will continue till April 14, and the second phase from April 17 to 26. Over 16,000 teachers would be engaged at 51 centres across the state to check the answer sheets.

CHSE Deputy Controller of Examination Prabodh Panda said, "While answer sheets of Science and Commerce streams will be e-evaluated, valuation of Arts and Vocational papers will be made offline. The offline valuation will be carried out at all the centres."

While the examination results for Science stream will be declared in the second week of May, the results for Arts, Commerce and Vocational Education will be published in the first week of June.
