Ollywood actor Minaketan Das critical

Bhubaneswar: Noted Ollywood actor Minaketan Das is in critical condition, undergoing treatment at Mumbai-based Asian Institute of Cancer. It is learnt that Minaketan is suffering from Pancreatic Cancer. 

Minaketan was initially admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar after complaining of body pain. After ultrasound and endoscopy, excessive sodium erosion from his body was established. Later on, when cancer was spotted, he was shifted to Mumbai.

Minaketan is known for playing negative characters and has given powerful performances in movies like ‘Balunga Toka,’ ‘Jianta Bhuta,’ and ‘Most Wanted.’

Apart from the Odia film fraternity, people from all walks of life are praying for his quick recovery.
