Odisha girl Annie Prince Nag wins Miss India Elegant title

Bhubaneswar: Odisha girl Annie Prince Nag, an upcoming face in the modelling industry has brought laurels to the State by winning the coveted Miss India Elegant 2017 crown.

Twenty two contestants from across the country participated in the finale of the beauty pageant held at Bengaluru.

Belonging to a small town Jeypore in Koraput district, Annie’s winning the title will be an inspiration for many. After finishing her education from Vikram Deb College in Koraput, the 26-year-old beauty tried her luck in modelling when she moved to Bengaluru.

After winning Miss Bangalore beauty pageant in 2012 Annie got a break in a Kannada film ‘Nanobne Ollevnu.’ In the movie, she played the role of a college girl opposite south Indian superstar Ravi Teja and proved her mettle in acting. She has never looked back since then.
