Odisha CM harps on extensive use of social media

Bhubaneswar: Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik today asked Energy and Police departments to make extensive use of social media – Twitter & Facebook – to serve people better and address their grievances.

As people in Odisha are grappling with power disruption amid severe heat wave conditions, Naveen asked the Energy department to resolve the complaints and grievances of consumers through Facebook and Twitter by opening official accounts.

Similarly, the CM advised the Police department to make effective use of social media. Naveen has asked the SPs and DIGs to open official Twitter and Facebook accounts.
