OAS reshuffle: 14 officers transferred

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government on Friday effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre transferring 14 OAS officers to other departments.

Sribhusan Sukla, Joint Director, Survey & Map Publication, Board of Revenue is posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Home Department while Sudhanu Sekhar Bhuyan, Land Officer, GA & PG Department has been appointed as Director, Public Grievance & Pension Administration.

The posting of Gangadhar Sahoo as General Manager, OSRTC is cancelled and he has been transferred and posted as Project Director, DRDA, Khurda on foreign service terms &conditions.

Sahoo will replace the outgoing Saroj Kumar Mishra who has been assigned as State Nodal Officer, MDM-cum-Joint Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department.

Banani Mohanty presently serving as Joint Commissioner, Transport is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration in Bhubaneswar.

Similarly, Sailendra Ku. Samat has been assigned Joint secretary to Government, Revenue & DM Department and Surya Madhab Panigrahi is transferred and posted as General Manager, Rlc, Ganjam.

Bijay Ku. Khandayat Ray, Additional District Magistrate, Cuttack will continue to remain as Additional Joint Director, Survey & Map Publication, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack.

Srikant Tarei, Additional Project Director, DRDA, Puri is transferred and posted as Executive officer, Puri Municipality.

The transfer and posting of Smt. Sonia Behera as Land-cum-Administrative Officer, OSHB, Bhubaneswar is cancelled and she has been posted as Administrative officer, Odisha State Aids Control Society.

Manoranjan Mohapatra will now serve as the Deputy Secretary to Government, Women & Child Development and Mission Shakti Department while, Gopal Swami Naidu is transferred and posted as Administrative Officer, VIMSAR, Burla.

Gourahari Behera is transferred and posted as P.S to Minister(S), Handlooms Textiles & Handicrafts and Goutam Choudhury, Administrative Officer, VIMSAR, Burla is transferred and posted as Special LAO, BDA, Bhubaneswar.
