Bhubaneswar: Notification for the offline test of the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), 2017 was issued today.

The test, scheduled on May 14, would be held for admission to various UG/PG/Lateral Entry courses such as B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharm, BHMS, BAMS, B.Plan, MBA, MCA, Integrated MBA, M.Tech, M.Arch, M.Plan, M.Pharm in Odisha.

As per the notification, application form will be available on the OJEE official website http://ojee.nic.in from February 3. The online application submission would begin from February 3 till March 10, the last date for application submission.

The admit card will be available on the OJEE official website on the OJEE third week of April. The candidates can download their admit card from April 20 by entering the application number and password. The admit card shows their test centre, roll numbers etc. The candidates are advised to download two copies of their admit card.

Candidates are required to fill the online application form with right information in required fields after which they will upload their scanned images of photo and signature in required format in online application form. The application fee would be paid either through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet banking or E-challan. After successful application submission, candidates are advised to take printout of the conformation page form for future reference, the notification added.

The offline result will be declared in June on the OJEE official website. The candidates can get the result by visiting the website. The examination authority will declare the each candidate’s score in online. The merit list of the candidates will be prepared by the examination authority as per their marks they have obtained in the examination.

The OJEE counselling will begin in the last week of June. The counselling and seat allotment would be made online. After the payment of registration fee, candidate will be allowed to fill the choices after which they will be allowed seat in the order of merit and on the basis of their choice.

The offline examination will be conducted in multiple choice questions type in each section. Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks while 1 negative mark will be awarded for each wrong answer.
