Narayanpatna Tehsildar in Vigilance net

Narayanpatna: Koraput vigilance officials today conducted simultaneous raids at the residence and office of Narayanpatna Tehsildar Chittaranjan Banagula on charges of amassing properties disproportionate to his known sources of income.

A team led by Vigilance DSP Henery Kullu is conducting the raids in Narayanpatna. Similarly, another 7-member team is conducting raids at the paternal house of Chittaranjan in Bhela village of Nuapada district and house of his father-in-law in Khariar.

As per the latest reports 60 gm gold and cash worth Rs 23 lakh have been recovered from the paternal house of Chittaranjan.
