Miscreants loot Rs 8 lakh from cattle trader

Balasore: Some unidentified miscreants allegedly looted Rs 8 lakh from a cattle trader on National Highway-60 near Haladipada area late on Thursday night.

According to sources, the incident took place when the businessman was returning to Bhadrak from Kolkata by his car.

Four-five unidentified assailants ransacked the car and attacked the cattle trader. Later, they flee with the cash, sources added.

Being informed about the incident, police rushed to spot and started investigation into the matter.
