Miscreants loot jewellery, cash from temple in Keonjhar

Keonjhar: Miscreants looted gold and silver ornaments worth over lakhs of rupees from a Durga temple located near Keonjhar bus stand last night, police said today.

As per reports, some miscreants broke open the gate of the temple last night  They decamped with various gold ornaments and five silver crowns. Besides, the miscreants also broke the donation box of the temple and looted large amount of cash.

Meanwhile, Keonjhar Town Police has launched an investigation into the robbery.
