Minor injured in bomb attack in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: One minor was injured when some unidentified miscreants hurled a bomb at Talasahi area in Rangamatia village in the Capital city on Friday night.

Past enmity is suspected to be the reason behind the bomb attack as a couple of days ago, some youths of Rangamatia village had a clash with the locals of neighbouring Bhotapada village.

Meanwhile, police have started investigation into the incident. "The reason behind the bomb attack is yet to be ascertained. Investigation is on, we will nab the miscreants soon," said a police official.

In another incident, four persons, including a woman, were injured in an attack by miscreants at Chakeisihani village under Mancheswar police limits here late on Friday night.
