Lulu Sena activists ransack Brahmagiri police outpost

Puri: Tension prevailed at the Brahmagiri Satapara police outpost when some activists of the Lulu Sena barged in and ransacked the outpost here on Monday.

According to sources, the activists against whom cases were filed during polls, had a heated argument with the outpost officer over bail matter.

The situation further deteriorated after the enraged activists ransacked outpost property and even damaged the police vehicle parked on the premises. Several documents and furniture were also destroyed.

Police have lodged complaints against all seven activists.

The Additional SP said those found involved in ransacking the outpost will not be spared and action will be taken against all of them.
