Cuttack: High court lawyers have staged cease-work demanding recruitment of judges for the posts lying vacant in the High Court here on Friday.

Without filling the vacant posts of the High Court the administration is transferring judges, alleged advocates.

Meanwhile, after the transfer of another judge the strength of judges has come down to 17 in the High Court.
